چکیده
This study was conducted to assess the water quality affected by different land use patterns in U Minh Ha National Park, Ca Mau, Vietnam. determined characteristics three types (Acacia hybrid, planted melaleuca cajuputi, and natural cajuputi) at plant ages on two acid sulfate soil layers rainy season (8/2018) dry (4/2019) using nine parameters. Multivariate statistical analyses were applied evaluate correlation spatial temporal variations quality. The results showed that S-ASS more polluted than D-ASS, characterized low pH; EC, organic matters (BOD COD), nutrients (N-NH4+ N-NO3−), metal ions (Al3+ Fe3+) high; BOD, COD, Al3+, N-NO3− high D-ASS. NMC area noted have concentrations of nutrients, while factors specific acidic found be higher AH PMC areas. tended season. cluster analysis grouped D-ASS both seasons into four groups, with a clear similarity between wet areas various ages. seasonal distinguished main parameters, including pH, N-NO3−, Al3+ (S-ASS) N-NH4+, Fe3+ (D-ASS). Therefore, there is need for better management measures focus key parameters causing each area. findings this provided important information future monitoring agricultural production conservation national park.

Land use impacts on surface water quality by statistical approaches
Surface waters are the most important economic resource for humans which provide water for agricultural, industrial and anthropogenic activities. Surface water quality plays vital role in protecting aquatic ecosystems. Unplanned urbanization, intense agricultural activities and deforestation are positively associated with carbon, nitrogen and phosphorous related water quality parameters. Multip...

The relative impacts of different types of land use on the surface water quality are yet to be ascertained and quantified. In this paper, the influence of different types of land use on surface water quality is investigated. Rain events samples from different land use in the central plateau, Iran, were analyzed for major ions. Statistical analyses were employed to examine the statistical relati...
